This is another week nearer to Christmas Day and we have another wide selection of Christmas music and carols.
Did you know the origin of the Christmas Cracker?
Invented by Tom Smith, a London sweet maker in 1846. His idea was to wrap his sweets in a twist of fancy coloured paper, but this developed and sold much better when he added love notes (motto's), paper hats, small toys and made them go off BANG!
1. Did you hear about the two ships that collided at sea? One was carrying red paint, and the other was carrying blue paint. All the sailors ended up being marooned.
2. What did the fish say when it swam into a wall?
Dam.
3. What athlete is warmest in winter?
A long jumper.
4. What did the grape say when the elephant stepped on it?
Nothing. It just let out a little wine.
5. Why did the man get the sack from the orange juice factory?
Because he couldn't concentrate.
Every time we hear these jokes we still laugh, year after year.
